The Reserve at James Island Condominium Association, Inc. has switched banks to CIT Bank.

The BB&T Autopay (ACH) has been discontinued so you will have to make changes to the payment process.

If you have already setup your appfolio owner Portal for making payments, you do not need to make any changes. The Portal is the recommended option for all Members of the Association. If you have not activated your Portal, please visit https://lps.appfolio.com/connect/users/request_access

to enter your bank information and setup Auto Pay (eCheck is free, Credit Cards are 2.99%, Debit Cards are $9.99)

If you currently have your bank Bill Pay service sending your monthly dues, the payment remittance address has changed. Please login to your personal online banking or contact your bank and update the payment remittance address to:
